TERMS and CONDITIONS

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website and/or placing an order from this website. Fischer Audio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore recommend you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

DISCLAIMER – LEGAL NOTICE

Fischer Audio do not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate or up to date. Although we endeavour to provide correct information regarding colours, pictures, texts, prices and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions can occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Fischer Audio reserves the right to change the content and information provided in the website at any time.

Fischer Audio will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, including lost profits, resulting from the information in this website or otherwise connected to the website. This also applies to all websites, which we link to. Fischer Audio is not responsible for the content of these external websites. We cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable, but we make every effort to secure access to the website.

To optimize the design of the website and track preferences we use cookies, which are not connected to personal data. Fischer Audio only stores personal data that has been provided by yourself, e.g. for shopping at our webshop or by signing up for our newsletter. All personal data is dealt with confidentially and we will not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties unless necessary (e.g. carriers). You can at any time end the subscription to our newsletter by contacting us through general enquiries.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the website and are not binding until Fischer Audio has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 2 business days. We operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.

When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socet Layers).

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

You can pay online by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. For all countries local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping costs will be added to your order and indicated prior to final payment. Please refer to Payment & Shipping for some general rates. All our shipments are sent by UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx or RussianPost from our warehouses in Singapore, Estonia, Finland or Russia respectively. The estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days to EU-countries and the and 8-21 business days to all other countries. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition Fischer Audio reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

RETURN POLICY

When purchasing from our webshop, Fischer Audio gives you a 15-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes. If you want to request a refund you need to contact us within the 15 days and return your product in perfect condition. Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping.

Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item.

Faulty products that have been purchased from our webshop can be replaced or refunded within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us trough general enquiries for more information.

For products that become faulty after the 30 days guarantee or have been purchased from an authorized reseller, we offer a one-year limited warranty. If the products have been purchased from non-authorized reseller or from auction sites, on all matters related to the guarantee you should apply directly only to the sellers. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.

FORCE MAJEURE

During the period of force majeure the above obligations and rights are suspended. As force majeure are considered all unforeseeable and unavoidable events, such as acts of God, war or labour disputes. Should such a situation arise, we will inform you and try to solve the situation as best as we can.

LAW

Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to Estonian law by Estonian courts. There might apply additional legal requirements for you dependent on the laws of your country. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
